While it can be easy to feel ashamed about the difficulty you find in tasks that appear so easy to others, it becomes crucial to understand how your brain works and develop a sense of self-compassion to accept how we may work differently from others. Throughout this episode, Cheska gives advice on how, instead of beating ourselves up, through self-compassion, we can learn from the areas we may struggle in and adopt accommodations to help navigate completing tasks despite the challenges we may face.
